Our people directed the reinvigoration of the former 20ha. industrial site, through the master planning and divestiture of over $325m in land sales. Stage 1 masterplan approval was achieved for 3000 dwellings, and $150m enabling infrastructure was delivered including the upgrade of Delhi Road, on time and ahead of a 10-month rail shutdown.
