We oversaw the creation of additional lane capacity to a major service route, through directing the design, approvals, tendering then procurement of a civil contractor to upgrade and widen Delhi Road in a live traffic environment. The works were delivered under a Works Authorisation Deed, this involved realigning trunk 11kV energy infrastructure and dealing with heritage assets.
